- How many people does Aristide accommodate?
- We have a total building capacity of 1270 people, but we can comfortably seat up to 500 people in the ballroom, 85 in the lounge and 400 outside on the patios. We also have an adjacent site for tent setup if needed.
- Do you only rent the building for weddings and receptions?
- No, we are able to host a number of parties, events or even business conferences. We will accommodate your needs.
- Do you allow outside catering at your facility?
- Yes, we charge an $1,500 outside catering fee if you choose to not use one of our vendors. Outside caterers must be licensed and insured.
- Do you allow smoking at Aristide?
- Aristide does not allow smoking in the building.
- Where is parking and do you have valet?
- There is ample parking around Aristide and valet services are available upon request.
- Do you charge for photo shoots at Aristide?
- Yes we charge $150 per hour if you have not booked an event at Aristide, otherwise 1 photography session is complementary.
- Can we bring our own alcohol to the event?
- No, we have our mixed beverage license, so outside alcohol is not permitted in Aristide. However, we can accommodate any type of beverage you would like.
- Can you recommend florists, photographers, etc?
- Yes, we have a preferred vendor list of industry people who we know will provide you with excellent service.We also have on-staff event planers if needed.
- What do we do if it rains and we have an outdoor ceremony?
- No worries, we can move you into the ballroom, grand foyer or still have it outside under the covered loggia.
