Aristide can also become the conference center that your business needs. We can provide seating for up to 500 people for a large assembly, or if you need to break it into smaller workshops, we can provide that space as well.

Our conference facility and rooms are set to your specifications to best fit your presentation. From classroom style to banquet style or any style in between, we will work to facilitate the perfect conference accommodations for you. Aristide can provide great breakfast or lunch during the assembly catered to your preference. We can provide coffees, teas, bottled water, juices and assorted soft drinks. In the morning, varieties of breakfast foods are offered, such as yogurt, cereals, fresh baked pastries, bagels, muffins and sliced fruits. In the afternoon, a wide assortment of candy, snacks, cookies, cheese cubes, crackers and box lunches are available.

Standard audio / visual equipment includes a 16-foot-wide drop-down projection screen and HD projector to enhance any PowerPoint or visual aid.

Aristide will assist in all aspects of servicing your event prior to your arrival and throughout your entire stay. We will see your event through, from start to finish, to ensure that you are constantly satisfied.

Meeting package inclusions and pricing may change without notice. Food/beverage and conference portion of your event is subject to a 20% gratuity and a 8.25% sales tax. Tax and gratuity are subject to change without notice at anytime.
